We offer contingency arrangements, such that we only get paid when you receive an Award or Settlement and we receive a percentage. Fees on workers' compensation matters usually range from a low of 9% to a high of 20%. A routine case is generally 15% and a more difficult matter usually requires 18%. Social Security Disability cases are slightly different. The fee is normally either 25% of past due benefits or $10,000.00, whichever is less. Again, on a contingency basis, such that we are paid only if we win the case and a past amount of benefits are due. Regarding Industrial Disability Retirement matters, we charge 1/3 of past due benefits, which again means that we only get paid if we win the case.
